Description:

The villa, the Hermitage, Kailash, is located on a mountain top, facing Nainital, and at a height of 6,300 ft.
From the villa, it is an exhilarating experience to be surrounded by the Himalayan mountains, lush green valleys, sprawling silver oak, pine and deodar forests.
Accommodation (Please select the package from the dropdown box):
- Double room: Rs.6990.00 for 2 Adults and 1 child( below 5 years), per night with Bed Tea and Breakfast.Other meals on request.
- The villa:
  - 3 double rooms with attached bathroom, lounge, drawing/dining, private parking, staff quarter, garden, lawn etc, Rs.9995.00, for 6 adults and 4 children ( below 5 yrs.), per night with Bed Tea and Breakfast.Can accomodate group size upto 12 persons @ Rs. 750.00 per person with same meal plan.
  - 3 double bedrooms with attached bathroom at different levels.
  - All rooms have openings with either balcony, terrace or lawn/garden.
  - The ground floor room is a suite.
  - Spacious drawing/dining with toilet & fire place.
  - Lounge well equipped kitchen.
The villa is located in Kumayun, in the province of Uttaranchal, the Himalayan region of north India, that was once the hunting ground of the famous British hunter, Jim Corbett, who had rescued many villagers of Kumayun from the man eater tigers, that abound the region.
Jim Corbett remains a legendary figure with the people of Kumayun and his aura is still felt amidst the jungles.
That is why this region is still famous for its wide variety in Himalayan fauna and birds.
Fruit orchards in every courtyard and full bloom with some exotic Himalayan flora.
Village Gethia is where the villa is situated, a small hamlet with trek route to Nainital, (the famous hill station of India), only 3 kms and by road a smooth drive of 12 kms on a National highway.
Corbett national park, that offer daily safaris is 70 kms. from the villa ( day trip) Ranikhet, Almorah and most tourist spots are within commutable distance and are only a day trip!
Despite its tranquility and solitude, the villa is stone throw distance from hospitals, clinics, market and motor repairing garages.
All main centers of the region within 8-20 kms, easily accessed by local transport or we organize vehicles for our guests.

- New Delhi: 280 kms.
- Dehradun: 200 kms approx
- Haldwani: 20 kms.
- Kathgodam: 20 kms.
- Ranikhet: 50 kms. approx.
The hermitage, Kailash is well connected by all modes of transport from across India and falls on national highway 87, on Kathgodam/ Jeolikote, Bhowali highway.
